Led by City of Poets Chairperson Spencer Mason, the session will begin with a chance to chat and get to know one another before exploring a gentle series of creative writing prompts. There is no pressure to share your work, but those who wish to do so will have the opportunity.
Whether you are an experienced writer or have never written a poem before, you are welcome.
All writing materials will be provided, along with tea, coffee, water and biscuits.
The event is free to attend.
