The Gorbalites
Cooking fast, easy, healthy and inexpensive meals in a library was a fairly novel idea when we approached the charity Glasgow Life in March 2019. Since then the public has responded with enthusiasm. A program of live sessions was agreed in December 2020, immediately prior to a second lockdown. As things ease we look forward to starting the work with the lively community group know as the Gorbalites, in the Gorbals area of Glasgow.
