In March 2021 we began work on Seeds to Solutions, a full-colour, 224 page, hardback book for Incredible Edible cic.
Gathering together the experiences of a range of Incredible Edible groups globally, and having it ready for Glasgow COP26 in November 2021, was an epic undertaking involving literally hundreds of people.
