In March 2021 we began work on a full-colour 224 page hardback book for Incredible Edible cic. The task, to gather a range of stories and experiences from the many Incredible Edible groups globally, and to have it ready for COP26 in Glasgow. It's been an near epic undertaking, speaking to literally hundreds of people. Here are their stories. And here too is their triumph as the ethos of tackling the climate crisis by creating an edible landscape is now being adopted by COMPASS, the UK's largest food and service provider. Together they demonstrate the power of small actions.

The 12  year journey of Incredible Edible, as told by its founder Pam Warhurst and Anne Sikking with many of its groups worldwide. Contents:

The journey from a kitchen table to international phenomena.

Stories, tips, food recipes (compost too!), photos, struggles, Covid triumphs of global growing groups, and their impact on community, learning and enterprise.

Global food multinational COMPASS presents how adopting the Incredible Edible ethos is changing their approach and taking them speedily toward carbon-neutral practices.
